Sierra Nevada Dinner at Fleming’s: Details

Friday night will bring together one of my favorite breweries with one of my favorite Tampa restaurants: Sierra Nevada Brewing and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse. Here is the menu and pairing list:

FIRST COURSE
Shrimp and Grits
stone-ground grits, jumbo shrimp, chorizo, smoked cheddar, crispy kale
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

SECOND COURSE
Beer-Poached Pear Salad
frisée, radicchio, ginger vinaigrette
Sierra Nevada Kellerweis

THIRD COURSE
Smoked Pork Loin
port cherry demi-glace, crisp potato skins, braised root vegetables
Sierra Nevada Tumbler Autumn Brown Ale

FOURTH COURSE
Cedar-Roasted Duck Leg
hoisin barbecue glaze, asian slaw
Sierra Nevada Hoptimum

FIFTH COURSE
Braised Short Ribs
horseradish smashed potatoes, Cabernet butter sauce
Sierra Nevada Stout

SIXTH COURSE
Bananas Foster
caramelized sugar bowl, vanilla ice cream, Sierra Nevada Porter reduction
