Sierra Nevada Beer Dinner at Fleming’s

The Granddaddy of Them All. The Old Standby. The Standard. All terms that I have heard used to describe Sierra Nevada Brewing Company in Chico, California. Their Pale Ale is synonymous with craft beer, and their story will always be considered as one of the foundations of today’s craft beer movement. With consistently well-crafted brews, excellent seasonals, and truly wonderful special releases, no one can question the importance and influence of Ken Grossman’s enterprise.

On Friday, November 2nd, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse in Tampa will bring a lineup of Sierra Nevada brews to pair up with a six-course, gastro-pub-style menu. Chef Ryan Mitchel looks to have put together some delicious and creative dishes to serve up with some of my favorite Sierra Nevada offerings. Hoptimum with Cedar-Roasted Dug Leg, anyone?!

More details to come soon!

Cheers!
